arrangement with the company needs to be set up to be able
to ACH payments to them. PPS Bill Pay has expanded on the
way all online Banks and Online bill payment websites work.
If a payment can not be ACH'ed to the company, the Bank simply
sends a check to the company. All companies accept this form
of payment if they accept checks. Most of the clientele have
no checking account, therefore they have to purchase a money order, fill
it out, and then address an envelope after purchasing a stamp. It
is time consuming and they have to keep up with all the
little receipts from the money orders, etc. Even if your customer
has a checking account, the ease of payment that our system
offers will be more convenient for them as well.
PPS Bill Pay prints on any
standard three section checks that are compatible with
Microsoft Money®
as well as Quicken®
and Quickbooks®.
We purchase our checks from an online company called
"Checks In the Mail".
